Hi All.
I am implementing OSTicket at my workplace. We have the need to have someone from Management view the ticketing system, but we don't want the person to be able to make comments to any of the tickets.
I have made sure the users settings for view only, everything is turned off.
Can anyone give me an idea of what i need to do to make it so that there is no option to add comments?
OSTicket view only user can comment
They can always add internal notes if they can view a ticket. Users cannot see them but agents can.
