Exclude agent from email notifications 1.17.2

Hello,
I'm searching a solution to exclude an agent from email notifications (new ticket, replies etc). From OsTicket configuration, i can't find this function. Now i'm searching the php file that osticket have the recipients list an send the emails. In this file i believe that if modify the code, i can exclude the email address of this agent. My problem is i don't know where is this php file.
Can anyone help me?

You can disable alerts for the Agent’s Extended Access Department(s) but not the Primary Department. As a "workaround" you can create a Department called "No Alerts" or something and set that as the Agent’s Primary Department. That way you can disable alerts for all others.

Other than that you’d need to modify the codebase. When modifying the codebase you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
