Hello Kevin,
Your solution work (https://forum.osticket.com/d/105728-ms-oauth2-error-the-api-version-v2-has-been-depreciated/41), but the authorization is only good for about 1 hour, even if the CERTIFICATE & SECRET I just created with Microsoft Azure expires in 2 years (8/28/2027).

Because of this, I need to re-authenticate every hours !! Please help me :-)

Well the Access Tokens do expire about every hour or so. They should get auto-renewed upon expiration via the Refresh Token (shown below your outlined value in your screenshot). If it's not auto-renewing then you don't have something configured correctly. It'd be best to start your own thread if you continue to have issues.

Despite being an old post, this helped us out again today. Our auth expired, and on renewing, it was refused with an error like "No support for v2 of the api". Applying that fix and then retrying allowed us to get email again.

We are running 1.18.1 so a couple of versions behind. Does 18.3 have this fix included, or will we need to reapply after upgrading?

You shouldn't have to do anything weird anymore. Just install latest osTicket, latest OAuth2 plugin (for your series - 1.18.x), clear all cache/cookies/sessions, restart the webserver and php-fpm, ensure your Scopes are up-to-date, and reauthorize.
