Good morning,
Since we updated to v1.18.1 we no longer get email notifications. I don't get notified that I've been assigned a new ticket, nor do I get ticket transfer notifications. We no longer get reply emails either. For example, if I respond to a ticket through osTicket, the user doesn't get an email with my response.
As far as I can tell, our settings are correct. I'm not really sure where to go from here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
