I have 3 email accounts setup in my OSTicket.
I would like emails for sales & accounts mailboxes to be downloaded via Agent Activity -- when agent is logged in.
I would like emails for support mailbox to be downloaded periodically via external cron (/OSTicket/api/cron.php)
Is this configuration possible? If yes, how should I set this up.
As far as I know there are 2 configurations for this functionality:
Admin Dashboard > Emails > Emails > Email Account > Remote Mailbox > Email Fetching: Enable / Disable
Admin Dashboard > Emails > Settings > Incoming Emails > Email Fetching: [ ] Enable [ ] Fetch On Auto Cron
But I'm not sure how to set this up correctly.
If someone can guide me, it would be helpful.
