I'm using OSTicket v1.18.1 (0375576) I have enabled Autoresponder under Settings > Tickets > AutoResponder > New Ticket. Also, under Email > xxx@xxx.com > New Ticket Settings > Auto-Response > Unchecked.
Now my question is, where should I write the autoresponder text message that I'd like to be sent when a new ticket is created?

I found the option under Email > Status: Enable, > New Ticket Auto-reply But when a new ticket is received, the ticket creator does not get an auto-reply.
What may be the issue? What should I check for?
