Hello, do you know why I get this error when I try to check the status of tickets?
I upgraded from version 16 to 18.1 thinking it would be resolved but I still have the same problem

Please post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, what exact steps are you taking to produce this error?
