Disallow Agents to change Name, Email or Phone number

Good evening,

I am using osTicket 1.18.1 and i currently have the issue that my agents can change their own name, email and phone number. This can lead to some unwanted changes, although i dont think this impacts LDAP Authentification.
So far i havent found any option / role to disable this.

Is there any way to do that?

You would need to modify the codebase to accomplish this. When modifying the codebase you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!

I will say that in v2.0 we are expanding Custom Forms to more objects than just Tickets/Tasks/Users. Not guaranteeing this will include Agents but this is a possibility. If this were the case that means you would be able to edit the Permissions for each field.
