Cannot delete tickets even though there's an access to delete them

Hi! Can somebody help me? Please.

We would like to ask how we can delete all the tickets we have. Unfortunately, we couldn't delete them despite having access to delete them. Even the users of the tickets who also have access to delete the tickets couldn't delete them. I am sending the link here which will prompt you to see the video showing the concern we are currently experiencing.

You simply need to have Delete permission for the Tickets' Departments.

KevinTheJedi Thank you for your response! I checked my account again, I actually have the delete permission since may access is categorized 'All Access'. I also tried deleting tickets but I still can't delete them despite having this access. Is there any settings I can still check which I may have also overlooked?

Check the actual Role called All Access to see if it includes the Delete permission. If so then there is potential that one or more of the Tickets have an associated task that is open, have a required field that is not filled in, or your system is configured to require help topic but one or more Tickets don’t have one.

KevinTheJedi Thank you! I was able to delete the tickets! We just re-enabled the access and it worked!
