How can I configure LDAP to connect two AD servers using the LDAP Authentication and Lookup plugin? As my current configuration is connected to one AD server and authenticating via LDAP.
Could you provide me with instructions or any suggestions? Thank you

    1. You are using an old and unsupported version of osTicket. You will need to upgrade to receive any support/assistance.
    2. You have to upgrade to get multi-instance plugins.
    3. You can setup multiple instances of the LDAP plugin however people are saying it’s not working right.
