we have a problem, that our outgoing SMTP could not be activated. We get the error: cannot connect to host; error = stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to tcp://smtp.office365.com:587 (Connection timed out) (errno = 0 )
Remote mailbox is working fine. SMTP Auth is activated in Office365 and we logged in with the account, that we want to store as outgoing SMTP. osTicket is hosted via Strato.
We have updated osTicket from version v1.18.0 to version v1.18.1 but same result. SMTP have not worked yet at all.
If you need any further information, I will be happy to provide it.
Maybe someone can help us with this problem.
