Ticket zip dowload does not work, js download instead

Good morning,
I found the possibility to download a whole thread with attachments and tasks.

But when I click and download the zip file, does not work.
The file downloaded is not a zip file but a JS instead.

Show a screenshot of all installed plugins. Looks like you have a 3rd party plugin installed but want to confirm.

you are right!
I disabled the "Attachment inline plugin" and the zip works
Is there a way to get both working?

I have no idea; that is a 3rd party plugin. With 3rd party plugins we don't review them, do not verify them, do not support them, do not recommend them, and we have no affiliation with them. This Forum is for core osTicket and core osTicket plugins only. If you have issues with 3rd party mods you would need to reach out to the modder directly. Good luck!
