I am trying to use mentioner plugin to allow users adding collaborators to their tickets for ex "their managers" following steps mentioned at github[dot]com/clonemeagain/osticket-plugin-mentioner
after installation when trying to test this plugin by creating a new ticket adding @ followed by email name "as I am using Azure authentication for login for users and admins" but can't see suggestions for E-mails or user accounts
I use mentioner V1.2 with Os ticket v1.18.1, can any body help me please???
