Hello Team,
I have added three new fields to the built-in ticket details form for better ticket management.
and have configured this fields to be editable by agents.
Despite making these fields editable by agents and granting them the necessary permissions, our agents are still unable to update these fields.
It seems that the only way to resolve this is by giving the agent role permission to edit tickets, which we do not want to do.
Is there any other way to achieve this?
