buenas tardes,
automatizando consultas para reportes de la base de datos de osticket, me encontré con esta incógnita, y es que en el panel de agente me aparece la fecha y hora de creación, actualización y cierre y revisando la base de datos la fecha está bien pero la hora no es la misma, a que se podría deber este problema, como podria solucionarlo?

    Your database timezone is likely UTC however you should check the database timezone to confirm. Anyways, dates and times are stored in the database timezone. Then when they are shown on screen they are converted to the User's/Agent's/System's time zone.

    To note, we always recommend UTC timezone for database as it doesn’t have daylight savings, etc. and can easily be converted to any timezone. However if your database time zone is not already UTC then don’t touch it; if you change it now the dates/times will be incorrect unless you convert them all.
