I want to make the osticket more speed , i have used the apcu extention and opcach
but without any benefit
when I create Ticket it take more than 60 seconds to save it , how to solve it

Check the email connections, check the MySQL slow query logs, check the server resources when making such requests, etc. You need a better idea of where the slowdown is coming from to better tackle this.

ok thanks a lot , i stopped the alerts and make the indexes in database it work better now
