I'm happy to report that I've successfully upgraded our system to osTicket v1.18.1, and I believe I've got the LDAP plugin configured correctly as well. However, while informing my customer about the upgrade, I discovered that someone had re-enabled the old system and made modifications to some tickets.
Is there a way to migrate those recent changes to the new system?
I also want to extend my sincere thanks for your help and patience throughout this migration and upgrade process. I couldn't have done it without your support.
