Change Background on support central page

I have OsTicket 18 version, but i didn't see the colors.css and in the thame.css i had modify the images path like this this:
'/assets/default/css/theme.css?body { background: url('../images/page_bg.png') top left repeat-x #c8c8c8;'
but the background didn't change and don't work.
Please is it possible to explain me the correct path and if is it possible to change the background?

It is possible but you must modify the codebase. When modifying the codebase you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!

You would need to familiarize yourself with css enough to look at the css files to see what the background is set, and change it to a new one.
