Tickets get created when sending from 1 account but not from any other account. why is that?

We know as much as you without you providing more information. We need a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information, exact steps on how to replicate the issue, an any helpful screenshots (if possible).

I am sending an email from xxx@XXX.com to yyy@gmail.com and same email from xxx@YYY.com to yyy@gmail.com( means sending it from 2 different platforms to gmail) but only ticket gets created when sending from former but not with latter email id.

That doesn’t really help us. There are many unknowns:

Where is the stuff I requested in my previous comment?
Do you have any ticket filters?
Is the user’s email on the ban list?
Do you have your system configured to accept all emails from unregistered users?
Have you tried disabling email verification in the system settings and retesting?

Login to the database, go to the _config table, copy your schema_signature, and paste it here. I can’t tell what version you are running so I need the schema signature to confirm.

For email verification i was talking about Admin Panel > Emails > Settings > Verify Email Addresses. Disable that and retest.

You should also check your system logs for any mail fetcher errors.

It worked after unchecking verify email addresses option. Thank you.
Can you please explain a bit more how and why this happened; what are the benefits and risks of this; In my production environment it is checked but local I unchecked it.

It validates user emails via DNS to confirm they are legit. This helps fight against abuse from people using fake emails, etc.
