Successfully installed latest v1.18.1 and it works fine. LDAP plugin is also installed successfully and enabled for agents and clients.

Logged in as Agent and created a user. Tried to login using that new user but I get error "Access denied".

Seems, user is not getting authenticated using LDAP. What could be the problem?

Idk check your various logs on the server, check AD logs to see if auth was attempted/successful, review your plugin configuration, make sure you are using the latest everything.

    Cheers.

Clear all cache/cookies/sessions and retest. Also, there are more logs than just osTicket logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.).

    Cheers.

I cleared cache and re-tried. Same issue. No other logs show errors - php, mysql, webserver etc.

Hey I'm hitting this same exact thing as well. It's preventing my users from logging in and causing much frustration. What info can I get for you that might help track this down?

I would just suggest that y'all try all of the below together and retest:

        Note:
This does require you to modify the core codebase and the LDAP plugin directly. Please proceed at your own risk. If you cannot or will not make such changes you'd have to wait until a new build of plugin and core are released and then retest.

        Cheers.
