Hello, I have a problem, I can't connect the support email with osTicket. I followed all the steps (I think correctly) and it gives me the following error: cannot connect to host; error = stream_socket_client(): Unable to connect to ssl://outlook.office365.com:993 (Connection refused) (errno = 0 )

You need to check with your server admin and/or hosting provider. This is likely due to a firewall issue, blocked port, etc. Your server admin/hosting provider should be able to look at the various logs on the server to find the reason for the connection failure.
