I wonder if I can use osticket to register tickets for granting permissions. I mean the following flow
1) User registers an application for a given employee
2) Depending on the type of employee and the type of system, the ticket is forwarded for approval to different people, i.e. the supervisor, the application administrator and the GDPR inspector
3) Finally, the IT service grants permissions.
It would be best if it were possible to generate report of such tickets to know who have access to each system
Is it possible to do something like that in this system
If so, I would be grateful for a small hint on what to set?
