Hey, I am just configuring the osTicket on Ubuntu server. Please find the osTicket info below:
I have gotten SMTP Outgoing emails/Incoming emails working. Email replies to tickets are going out, email received will create a ticket on OST. However I am unable to get alerts and notifications to work. No ticket creation email notification/assigned ticket email notification/etc. There are no system logs that mention failure as well for email sending. Please find my email settings below. Appreciate any guidance on this
