Microsoft OAuth2

Hello,

We have a strange issue with osTicket v1.18.1 (0375576).
While trying to configure OAuth2 authenticaton I receive the following error:

cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: login.microsoftonline.com (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://login.microsoftonline.com/1234a71f-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-bb7e970zzzz/oauth2/v2.0/token

I checked DNS resolution from within ssh session - it works properly

This is not an osTicket issue rather a host issue. Please reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance. Everything online suggests DNS issues.

Thanks for your reply!
That's what I thought too at first.
But I checked the server via SSH session and there are no issues with DNS resolution.
However, when osTicket needs to resolve any hostname configured in web interface it returns an error.
That is why previously I used IPs to configure SMTP and POP3/IMAP settings. For Microsoft authentication this trick won't work

You will need to google resolutions online as this is not an osTicket issue rather a PHP/server issue.
