After updating to 1.18.1 from 1.14.X, we have discovered that the %{ticket.message} no longer works in the Filters -> Send an Email. We tried using %{message} instead, but this variable also does not work.
There is an open GitHub issue, but it is 3 years old.
Anyone know of any workarounds?
