Okay do you have the IMAP or POP3 information filled out for the system email that the mail was sent to? Admin Panel > Emails > Emails > click on system email > Remote Mailbox tab
If you do have this information filled out is the Remote Mailbox section set to Enable and can you save changes successfully?
If so, do you have a running cron job/scheduled task to automatically poll the mailbox?
If so, have you checked your System Logs for any Mail Fetcher errors?
