Hola a todos, les agradezco me puedan ayudar, la semana pasada actualicé la versión de PHP donde se encuentra instalado mi OS Ticket a la versión 6.6.1, pero hoy me di cuenta que la pagina de tickets ya no abre, está caída; me puse a revisar y creo que fue por la actualización del PHP.
La versión que tengo actualmente es la 1.14.1 en OS ticket y tal parece no es compatible con el PHP 6.6.1, en este momento no puedo devolverme a la versión de PHP anterior ya que el sitio me lo estaba solicitando, y revisando la ultima actualización de OS ticket que es la 1.18.1 dice que solo es compatible con la versión de PHP 8.1.
No se que debo hacer ya que la versión de mi sitio está en 6.6.1 y no me permite subir mas en versiones, que debo hacer para que me funcione nuevamente la pagina del OSticket?

There never was a PHP 6.x release as it went from 5.x to 7.x. What is the real version of PHP are you running?

Hello, you are absolutely right, the version is PHP Version 8.2.15, but then if it is in the latest version, should I update the osticket? or because the page is down, thanks for the response
You should take a full backup of the database and a full backup of your site folder before proceeding. Then, yes, you would simply upgrade to v1.18.1 (as it supports PHP 8.2) and you should be good to go. You can follow the Upgrade Documentation here:

Hello, I already made the migration to the new version, I followed the step by step, but the page tells me that it is offline, I also made a backup of the database and files, the database was not modified; this is the message "Thank you for your interest in contacting us.
Our helpdesk is offline at the moment, please check back at a later time."
That's expected as you must login as an Administrator (/scp) and run the upgrade.
