I have a problem when I create an agent and try to log in through it, I get the message “Access denied” I noticed a problem in: Admin panel >> Dashboard >> information >> PHP settings >> cgi.fix_pathinfo : "1" is recommended if AJAX is not working .

Did you set a password for the agent? Did you try in a new browser to see if it’s session related?
