Hi
I have updated to 1.18.1 and have following issue :
I spoke to hosting but they were saying either 7 or 8.
If i use 7 dolibarr works and osticket does not and
if use 8 osticket work and dolibarr does not.
Any ways i can get both to work together ?

This is not an osTicket issue, rather a hosting/setup issue. Your host should be able to enable a specific PHP version per site. There are many ways of accomplishing this however the most common way is via the Apache site config for each site. Ask your host to configure your “dolibarr” site to run PHP 7 and your osTicket site to run PHP 8. You will need to reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance. Let’s hope your host is sensible enough to enable such configuration or at the very least allows you to make such configuration. Good luck!

I thought so they keep telling me to go to software developer, even though i thought this was doable seems like hostagtor general support team cannot seem to do.

Update after dolibarr released v20 i was able to update to php 8.1 and osticket is now working, the hosting company did not seem very willing to help and setup.
