hello Is it possible to hide the Emergency entry from the drop-down menu in the form of ticket opening for users? I don’t want to delete it from the database, but only prevent users from opening tickets in Emergency mode without reason. thanks

Other than deleting the item from the list, you'd have to customize the codebase.
