We are using the notification email, when a new ticket are created in OSticket.
We work between 8:00 – 16:00 Local time Monday-Friday
We still get new tickets in OSticket, when we have closed until next day.
Is it possible, to get a follow-up email F.X the next morning at 8 a clock, instead of a email every time a new ticket are received.
if we get 10 new tickets after we closed yesterday, all employies have 10 unread emails I there mailboxes, it's a bit of a shame, and it makes everyone just delete all notifications, and it therefore becomes useless
