Good day, I received a ticket that appeared to be spam or a potential hacker attempt. When I tried to delete the ticket, I was unable to do so, despite having admin access and full user permissions.

Sounds like you don’t have permissions to delete the ticket. Check your role permissions for the ticket’s department and ensure you have the Delete permission.
