Unable to add and attachment to a ticket reply

looking in the webserver logs
I found this but have no idea how to proceed to fix it
At the end I see the 500 error which I am getting.
Any help to get this working will be appreciated

Check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. 500 is generic and indicates a deeper issue elsewhere which should be logged in one of your error logs.

I am using php 8.1
This is another error

Thats a warning, not an error. Keep looking until you find an actual, related error.

I changed to PHP 8.3.9 and it is working now.

PHP 8.3 is not yet supported so you will have some other issues using this version. It's best to downgrade to the latest supported version of PHP 8.2 instead. Otherwise you can go on github and apply the PHP 8.3 specific patches.
