Missing CDATA table. Get technical support

Hello, I have a problem with the system because when I log in I get the message "Missing CDATA table. Get technical support", the version I have installed is osTicket (v1.15.8). I would appreciate if you could help me resolve and identify why this error is generated so I can prevent it from occurring in future occasions.

You are using an old unsupported version of osTicket. You really need to upgrade ASAP.

You can run cron manually to rebuild the table and keep running it until it’s full repopulated with data. It’s always best to setup a running cron job so this is always done automatically on a schedule. You can read more about cron jobs here:
