Hello everyone,

I want to create a customer platform with WordPress, from which users can directly jump into OSTicket (logged in as users).

How would you solve this?

One idea would be a shared LDAP server, another a kind of link like the ones sent in OSTicket emails, which log you directly into OSTicket.

Is this feasible? Thanks!

You can use HTTPassthru plugin (which requires something like Kerberos to be setup and working beforehand) to auto-login users if they are signed in already elsewhere. Other than that you can setup LDAP or OAuth2 SSO. With LDAP the users/agents type their AD information in the login box and the system will send that to AD, verify, and if valid will auto-login the User. With OAuth2 SSO the users/agents click the SSO button, get directed to the IdP (identity provider), they sign in there, and the IdP redirects them back to osTicket and logs them in. With both LDAP and OAuth2 SSO if the User doesn't already exist the system with auto-register an account for them (as they are considered pre-authorized users). For Agents however they always need to be manually created first as you have to configure Department Access, Permissions, etc.
