Attachment on osticket v1.18.1

Hi,

I want to ask about Attachments, BTW we have 2 osticket servers with different versions, 1 using version v1.9.15 and the other using version v1.18.1, we are happy with the Attachments on osticket v1.9.15 because the Attachments can be seen without downloading, but for v1.18.1 we have to download it first to see, is the osticket v1.18.1 really like that or can it be set to be the same as v1.9.15?.

You can change this behavior for images in your Profile (Profile > Preferences > Image Attachment View). For other attachment types (eg. PDF, etc.) you'll need a browser extension to view them in-browser. We stopped rendering non-image attachments in the browser for a multitude of reasons; the most prevalent being security measures.
