Mailer Error

Sometimes I like to get an error like this, the email is not sent and if the reply ticket does not have a notification if the email is not sent, please explain

Upgrade to a supported version (v1.17.5 or v1.18.1) and retest.
Check all system email setting and SMTP configurations to ensure they are all still setup and working properly.
