I am using osTicket for a few years now on a shared hosting system.
Now I updated the system to v1.18.1.
Now I have the following problem:
I go to the admin area - email addresses - select one.
As soon as I click on "Save changes", I get a blank page (Firefox) or a message "Page cannot be displayed - Error 500" in EDGE.
I'm at a loss right now, because the rest works fine, I've sent test emails.
I tried the following points:
- I deleted an email address - it works
- then created a new one, I saved after each step.
That works UNTIL I get to the point "SMTP settings - activate".
As soon as I enter that, the familiar blank page appears again. Only when setting SMTP to enabled.
I can enable this point in the Datebase (i found the record) and System ist runnung well.
To rule out installation errors, I installed a "clean" system on the same shared hosting system.
The error also occurs here.
