Hey… I have been searching this Forum and OSTickeAwesome for a recent post of how to auto close a ticket once an agent replies

Everything I’ve seen is 10 years old and out of date… anybody have any ideas?

    We are in no way associated with the “osTicket awesome” folks and products.

    You cannot auto close on reply but it’s a very simple flow for the Agents:

    1. Type Reply
    2. Set the Status dropdown (right below the reply box) to the needed Status
    3. Click Post Reply

    As you can see it’s extremely simple; even a caveman could do it (man I love those old commercials).
