We are in no way associated with the “osTicket awesome” folks and products.
You cannot auto close on reply but it’s a very simple flow for the Agents:
- Type Reply
- Set the Status dropdown (right below the reply box) to the needed Status
- Click Post Reply
As you can see it’s extremely simple; even a caveman could do it (man I love those old commercials).
