i have checked but there is no error related to my issue
You need to check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.).
Was this issue ever resolved? Experiencing the same. The export functionality works for the Tasks, but not Open or Closed Tickets

There was no update in this thread so I doubt it. Please start your own thread and post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information when making the new post.
