Install APCu and Zend Opcache

Hola,
Estoy aprendiendo a utilizar el oSTicket version 1.18.1 y quisiera saber si alguien me puede ayudar en solucionar dos errores que me salen en Dashboard / Information (ver anexo) donde las extensiones PHP de APCu y Zend Opcache aparecen con un aviso de atención (triangulito rojo). Tengo instalada la version 1.18.1 en un Synology NAS

I'm start to learning OsTicket and I would like to receive help to solve two errors showed on Dashboard / Information (see attached screenshot) where the PHP Extensions APCu and Zend Opcache shows a red triangle. I have installed the OST 1.18.1 on a Synology NAS.

Hello, I did solve the above. I was checking the PHP 8.2 config for the oSTicket v.1.18.1 installed on my Synology NAS, which is located on the NAS Web Station / Script Language Settings / PHP / then select the Customized Profile and select Edit, and there I found that the PHP cache was disabled, so I did check it to Enable PHP cache, then restart and now both APCu and Zend Opcache are enabled.

So I just forgot to enable the PHP cache and problem solved!
