Is it possible to make sure that users who enter a ticket only see some of the "reasons for request"?

    1. If you are truly using 1.15.x you are using an old and unsupported version of osTicket. You will definitely need to upgrade to get the latest features; especially the one I will be explaining below.
    2. Users will always see all Public Help Topics. If you don’t want Users to see a specific Help Topoc then make it Private/Internal. Agents on the other hand will see all Help Topics regardless of status. The caveat is if you disable the Department Visibility Permission within the Agent’s profile they will only see the Help Topics attached to their Departments.
