I was looking for a customer support solution, and found you here. I had a question that I couldn't solve: creating a professional customer support channel through tickets.
I have a page using CMS Wordpress which has a lot of support requests. Specifically, can osticket be installed and operated separately from this page?
The server I am using is Os Centos 7 with NGINX + PHP 8.2 web server
I hope the osticket developer and the community can advise and give me the most practical solution.
