I cannot set a user login password

I added my employee as a user in the dashboard where he is the admin. I entered the e-mail address and username, but there is no option to create a password. Additionally, an invitation link was not sent to my employee's e-mail address. How do I get him to log in?

Then you need to get mail working so you can get such emails. It’s quite important. Also, you can uncheck the box to send email and manually set password.
