Sorry, I was just offering information that I thought might be helpful, if @Tidepodracer was having issues with specific types of emails not creating tickets. From the initial description of the problem, it sounds like some emails were no longer creating tickets, though later it seems to morph into an authentication problem. I would wonder if that initial problem triggered a new problem. That is, suppose something changed within Outlook.com emails, and OSticket stopped creating tickets as a result. It is possible that someone re-entered user/password information, on the assumption that it was a connection issue, but that change in user/password might have caused a different problem.
So I am not trying to raise a new issue, just offering up an idea of perhaps it is the content/formatting of the email, rather than an authentication issue (though it sounds like that is an issue).
