Hi there! I'm trying to add a variable to first email response to customers when a ticket is created. The variable is simple, it discriminates the time of the day in order to start with a "Good Day", or "Good Afternoon", depending on the hour.
Is that possible on the backend side? I've tried unsuccessfully by putting the PHP code on the front end editor by editing the HTML code.
