jQuery issue?

When I log in, there's a window that shows up. It looks like it wants to load something in it but it's blank.

Looking at the network traffic, it shows me a single error.

Does anyone what might be causing this error? I'm guessing from the name of the page in the error it's trying to prompt me to change a password.

Any ideas on how to resolve whatever is causing the error to occur would be helpful. Thank you!

Okay solved the problem. There was a regex that was being blocked by my web hosting service.
ModSecurity: Access denied with code 500 (phase 2). Pattern match "( |\\;|/|\\'|,|\\&|\\=|\\.)((s|r)(sh|cp)) (.\\@.|(http|https|ftp)\\:/|[0-9]{1,3}\\.[0-9]{1,3}\\.[0-9]{1,3}\\.[0-9]{1,3}|.[A-Za-z|0-9]\\.[a-zA-Z]{2,4}/|[0-9]+\\.[0-9]+\\.[0-9]+\\.[0-9]+)" at REQUEST_URI.

I had them whitelist the rule for that page and now it's all systems go.
