Hello my friends! Good morning. I am having serious problems, i have inherited a OsTicket system that i am not much familiar with and since 2021 it's been working fine, however this morning when i open the ip/link of OsTicket i get http error 500. Can someone please help? i have no idea what's happening or how to fix it.

    This is outside the scope of osTicket. Your issue is with the server, setup, etc. and not the actual codebase. There are commands you can run to list the biggest directories on the disk and you can drill down from there what is taking up so much space.

    Is it possible this happened because the ssd disk is full? its a 500gb ssd however...
    can someone point me how can find if this is the case? since i cant login to the osticket user interface? i do have access by putty / ip.

    Hi @KevinTheJedi ! thank you for your reply! is there any chance you can point me on how to clean up free space on it? i am pretty sure the MySQL database isn't big enough to get a 500gb ssd full. What else do you think that it might be occupying all the free space? any recommendations? many thanks in advance!!

      i don't have graphic interface on this ubunt server, only command line, and i am not really familiar with ubuntu command line. do you think its a good idea to install a graphic interface ubuntu on another computer and add this SSD to that computer to clean unnecessary files? i won't screw ubuntu boot up?
