This morning I downloaded the latest version of osTicket. I unzipped all the files and copied everything from the upload directory to a subdirectory in my domain called support. I renamed the file in the include directory to ost-setup.php and then ran the wizard. I filled the whole thing out and clicked the button to continue and got "my site is currently unable to handle this request.
I looked at the error log and saw the following:
[Sun Jun 02 13:01:51.138738 2024] [core:error] [pid 3373798:tid 22652571084544] [remote 75.89.73.38:53709] Caugh t race condition abuser. attacker: 1005, victim: 0 open file owner: 0, open file: /home/habersha/<mydomain>/ support/css/flags.css, referer: https://<mydomain>/support/setup/install.php

There were a number of errors like that referring to different files such as:
support/js/jstz.min.js
support/setup/js/setup.js
support/setup/js/tips.js
etc
What is causing this error? What's the fix? I'm on PHP 8.2, Maria DB version 10.6
