Hide changes

Is there any way to hide the history of changes made to the ticket in the customer panel? I referred to this information in the image below:

If you wanted to completely hide the Thread Events you would need to modify the codebase. However, we do have a built-in setting called Agent Identity Masking (Admin Panel > Settings > Agents) that will hide the Agents' names in the client portal. This is so the Users can’t see who made changes just that changes have been made by an Agent. Keep in mind that not all Thread Events are shown in the Client Portal, only basic ones that are not seen as internal. All Thread Events will appear on the Agent Panel however.

I tested the "Agent Identity Masking" option and saw that it hides the agent's name, but the photo remains. In any case, it doesn't work for me, as I mainly need to hide the ticket's expiration date.

Could you tell me where I can change the code?
